Your information at Pulse
This policy explains what information Pulse Ultra Club collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
We use information you provide to answer messages, operate Pulse services, process transactions, and review selfies.
Submitted selfies are reviewed by staff. Approved images may appear on Pulse displays and the public web slideshow.
Pulse does not sell personal information or use it for cross site behavioral advertising.

Pulse Ultra Club (“Pulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pulse website, staff applications, Digi Board displays, and the Pulse Selfie Studio. This policy covers information handled through those services and related in venue operations.

Our servers and security tools may record an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, dates and times, login attempts, and activity performed in authenticated systems. For selfie abuse prevention, Pulse stores privacy protected hashes derived from the network address and app installation identifier.
If notifications are enabled, the app may provide an Apple Push Notification service token and its environment. A guest notification token is linked to the applicable selfie submission and is cleared after review.

We use information to:
04
The public Selfie tab accepts a front-camera photo containing a face only after the app receives permission to use the camera and you affirmatively agree to staff review and possible display. Face detection is not required in the authenticated staff Selfie Studio. Pulse does not use either feature to identify anyone or create a face recognition profile.
Every submitted selfie enters a restricted moderation queue. Authorized Pulse staff may view the image and approve or reject it. If approved, the image moves to the active slideshow for the period selected during review, which may be a day, weekend, week, month, custom period, or indefinite period. Approved images may be displayed on venue screens and embedded in the publicly accessible Pulse website.
Rejected images may move to restricted deleted storage, and images that reach their end date may move to restricted expired storage, for moderation, recovery, security, and operational purposes until they are deleted. Moderation and audit records may be retained separately. Although Pulse can remove an image from systems it controls, we cannot prevent viewers from taking screenshots or making copies while an image is publicly displayed.
To request removal of a pending, active, expired, or rejected selfie, email clubpulsemb@gmail.com. Include enough information to help us locate the submission, such as the approximate submission date and the device used. Do not email a copy of identification unless we specifically request it for verification.
07
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and operational need. Selfie handling is described separately above.
Pulse uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These include limited staff permissions, password hashing, authenticated sessions, access logging, and restricted moderation tools. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or request removal of a selfie from Pulse controlled displays and storage. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required for security, transactions, legal compliance, or the rights of others.
You can disable app notifications in your device settings and revoke camera access through the operating system. Pulse does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals because the public site does not currently engage in cross site behavioral tracking.
09
Pulse Ultra Club is a 21 and older venue, and our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information or appears in a submitted image without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
10
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially expands how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
